for the price, amazing. would have to lose an extremity for it to be 4 stars at this point. small problems, cant figure out why front brake pads are too tight, i need some tools to get at it. rear derailer (not sure if thats the actual part) rubs on the chain, and the chain itself seems to not be parallel to bike when i move it up from lowest gear. im sure ill figure it out, these dont affect much. love the different modes and it is very strong and nimble

The bike is made well and is easy to assemble. Make sure you check tightness of all bolts before going on a journey as I found some slightly loose. Please be aware that the charger supplied is the European type so does not have a 3 pin plug fitted also the delivery times stated on the advert of 5 to 7 days is somewhat misleading as it took 15 days from payment to delivery to UK. This could be an issue if for example you purchased it as a gift on a certain date. Overall my first impressions are of a quality e bike that is built well and I look forward to a lot of journeys in the future.
